WHAT IS THE BEST DUBBED ROMANTIC ANIME EVER?

Elfen Lied, its amazing. unfortunately only 13 episodes, but just a warning there is some nudity and INTENSE gore scenes (i cannot emphasize the amount of gore, it will be the goriest anime you ever see)beautifully romantic and full of angst though.
