My betta fish has a whole in its fin, help me please!?

a href="http://tinyurl.com/5remeyb" rel="nofollow"http://tinyurl.com/5remeyb/a this is my fish, bravo, and he has a whole in its fin. i put an arrow in case you missed that. i know it looks like his fin is folded over on itself, but it's not, trust me. even my friend agrees. i don't think its fin rot because it's not widespread, but there isn't anything in the bowl for him to cut himself on or anything. please help me! thank you so much :)
