I NEED A GREAT DUBBED ROMANTIC ANIME!?

As far as romance goes, there are a whole lot of romantic shoujo series. I noticed that you found "Air" boring, but perhaps you might enjoy a different series by Key? I've heard some great things about "Clannad" and "Kanon". Well, I don't know if "Kanon" has been dubbed, but I know "Clannad" has. I'd suggest you keep a box of tissues nearby if you decide to watch it, though. You might also give "Fushigi Yuugi" a try, too. Of course, this is all just my opinion and you don't have to take my advice.
