How can I prioritize TV shows? (anime)?

I suggest you watch Dexter as soon as possible. Showtime is in a feud with Netflix, and has pulled all of its Dexter episodes from Netflix streaming. So watch it while it's still there. (Of course, you can always rent it on DVD from Netflix.)
